The projects entrepreneurs

We are Nicoline van Iperen and Cor van den Berg and we have been living in the county Lingewaal in the town Asperen since 2006.

Cor has a technical commercial background and Nicoline has an extensive background in healthcare. Nicoline has over 23 years of experience in healthcare, the latest years of which she was employed as senior manager of a live in care center (previously nursing home).

In addition to their jobs they have both been active in several social fields and gladly put their efforts to use in these fields. For a long time now Nicoline has had the idea of starting a small scale rural housing project. This is an idea she discussed with her mother years ago. Now that she has the experience of being a team leader in a home care center the time has come to turn this idea into a reality. Our ideal vision leads us in this.
Our vision is based on personal, affordable and high quality care in which present, past and self sufficiency of the patients are given wide berth in living and guidance. Putting the patients at the center is placed in an entirely different light. The idea here is that our facility will be accessible to every patient in our target demographic without any financial thresholds.
