Noteworthy dates 2010

Fall and winter 2009/2010 – Negotiations with the owners of the land that is for sale.

In the fall and winter of 2009/2010 we have several conversations concerning the purchase of the land. Initially it was not known to us that the land was actually divided in 2 sections each held by a different owner, but this became quickly apparent, leading us to come to agreements and signing 2 different agreements for the purchase of the land in 2010.

4th of February 2010 – 1st design of the estate plans

1st design created by our estate architect, Floris Bouwman van B4O estate architecture, city planning and recreation development. In this design there are 3 possibilities for the development of a care estate.

March 2010 – calculation of the finances by the accountant

In the fall of 2009 we made the choice to use the accountant services provided by Procount B.V. in Meerkerk. In the spring of 2010 we discussed all of our financial data and after making his calculations the accountant gave us a positive recommendation for our company plans.

2nd of June 2010 – 1st conversation with Zorgkantoor Nijmegen.

1st conversation with the 2 buyers for Zorgkantoor Nijmegen about our project and our plans to provide AWBZ care.

3rd of july 2010 – signing purchase agreement 12 hectares of land.

We sign the purchase agreement for 12 hectares, the land directly behind Achtermonde stretching to the Provinciale road. The transaction will be finalized after a definitive ruling on the land by the zoning commission.

26th of July 2010 – Awarded grant Thuisgeven in Gelderland.

We have been awarded the grant Thuisgeven in Gelderland for our initiative to develop a care estate in Rumpt.

25th of September 2010 – 2nd design of the estate plans.

The estate architect drew up 3 designs for the assortment of the estate. Based on these 3 designs together with the county we chose which one will be developed further. At the recommendation of the county the 3rd option ,which included the building of starter homes, is rejected based on the extended time span the procedure requires. We decided to further develop the option of the 17.5 hectares, because this will provide a connection to both the Roodseweg as the Kerkweg, which will benefit the safety and transport options for the estate.

9th of November 2010 – 3rd design of the estate plan.

3rd design by our estate architect, Floris Bouwman of B4O estate architecture, city planning and recreation development. In this design the entire document has been worked out for the support of our care estate and its assortment choices.

15th of November 2010 – Filed request for zoning change.

We submitted a written request for the zoning change with the county of Geldermalsen.

2nd of December 2010 – Signing purchase agreement 5.5 hectares of land.

We signed the purchase agreement for 5.5 hectares, the land stretches from the Roodseweg to the plot of land we purchased July 3rd 2010. The transaction will be finalized upon completion of the current lease in 2011.

14th of December 2010 – Discussion with Gelders Genootschap.

Together with our estate architect we have a discussion with the representatives of the province, the Gelders Genootschap and county Geldermalsen about the 3rd design for Linge’s Zorglandgoed. The conclusion is that the location is ideal for the development of a new estate that places special attention to the matters of location, design of manmade structures and an emphasis on nature development.
